New Service - Can't Access Documents

I hope it's okay to write in English. yesterday I signed up for a 1000 Mb/s Cable contract at 39,99 per month through check24.de, however I'm having trouble viewing my documents online. 

 

I got an email from vodafone telling me that I have a document to view (presumably the contract), but when I click on the link that takes me to vodafone.de/meinedokumente, but I couldn't sign in. I tried saying I forgot my password and then I entered my email to reset it and never received an email. The last step I tried was I registered like a new customer and used the same email and phone number, but it still doesn't find anything there. It's almost like I my account doesn't exist.

 

I have seen that a DHL package is coming to my address on Saturday with the router i guess, but I'm not sure if there will be an installation service coming. I also don't have any kind of activation code or customer number that I could find. Any help is much appreciated.

i'm glad you found us. You still need a little patience. You will receive the necessary documents together with the device. You will then find everything you need to add the contract in MyVodafone. Only then can you retrieve the documents etc..
