I've recently subscribed to cable internet (customer number ***) from Vodafone and the experience was amazing. I signed up online, got my IBAN straight, and received my new modem a couple of days later. Unfortunately, I cannot hoo up the modem due to a cable situation in my basement. The provider connection appears to have a cut line that should be where I hook up my modem. I've attached a picture. I need a technician to come out and hook up my modem after installing a new cable. I'm sure the service will be great afterwards. Thank you.

Please note, however, that direct support is no longer possible here. It is best to read this article. Try to contact Vodafone Service by PM on Facebook or Twitter, tell them the self-installation failed and a technician will be dispatched to you. He can put the cable back for you so that you can use the cable Internet.
