Moving new address where cable internet is not supported, how can I terminate the contract?

Hello,

 

I have moved to a new place where Cable internet is not supported only DSL. My contract of previous place is cable internet.

How can I get a confirmation whether I can terminate my contract or not? Anyone from Vodafone service team can help me?

I appreciate your response. Regretfully, despite my poor German, I have attempted to text and phone on the platform to which you have provided me with a link. About my problem, none of them respond to me.

The correct way is to report the move. VF then will check if your contract can be continued at the new location without change - if that is not possible, VF will terminate the contract without the customer having to do anything. You can do that via the „Umzugsservice“ website:
