Easiest way is to notify Vodafone of your relocation using the relocation service - anyhow you will need to provide official documents that you moved.
From the day of your move (or from the day that your movement notice has been received by Vodafone - the latter of the two counts), you have to pay for another 3 months the monthly fees.
Keep in mind to return any rental device to Vodafone!
