Hello,
I'm moving within a city. My current apartment has cable internet and next apartment only has DSL internet. When I try to enter information in the moving service in MeineVodafone, it tells me to call a number:
"An Deiner Adresse haben wir ein anderes Angebot für Dich!
0800 723 81 89"
But I'm trying for 2 days, no one is picking up.
Kinldy suggest any steps.

Regrets for the delayed response.
I was able to get in touch with the DSl team, and they were able to cancel my kabel contract and start my dsl contract for the same day.
