Hello,
We spoke with a helpful customer care agent today and he emailed me a tarrif for CableMax 1000. In the email, I needed to click a link to confirm the tarrif, and activate it. Otherwise it will be cancelled in 14 days.
I tried to click the link but it does not work (HTTP error 404 not found).
What should I do? Can a Vodafone representative help me?

no, unfortunately not. since aug 15th you can no longer officially contact vodafone in this commuity forum.
my recommendation: call customer service/agent again (or use twitter, whatsapp or facebook). usually the link only works once. maybe it worked the first time? and you already confirm the new contract?

Hi Fama, thank you for your response! Last night, 5 hours after the original message with the link was sent, another message was sent. This time the link worked 😄
I've organised a technician to come tomorrow, so hopefully the internet will be running again soon!
