Left Germany two months ago and still can't get account cancelled

Hello, 

I left Germany two months ago permanently and I can't get through to anyone at Vodafone who will help me cancel my TV, internet & phone contracts. I wan to cancel all these as soon as possible please. I can provide my Abmeldung and anything else you may need. 

I'd really appreciate help on this matter ASAP please.

please report your move to the relocation service, indicating the new address. The colleagues will then process the cancellation if you have moved out of Germany.
