I tried to use the online form however it did not work. I am leaving Germany for good on 08-Jan. I have cable internet at my home. I want to provide the 3 month notice. I am aware that I will have to pay for Janurary internet and not be able to use it that is fine with me.
In a seperate thread I am working with a moderator on a payment issue in which vodafone found the payment via the SEPA transaction ID however it has yet to post. So I am not sure if this is why I can't cancel online.
What form do I have to mail as I know it has to be posted before 01-Nov.

thanks for your message.
In order to be able to cancel your contract for you, we need your deregistration certificate. We can then deactivate your connection on the date stated on this certificate.
