Leaving Germany, how to cancel my contract - next steps

Hi everyone,

I will be moving out of Germany next month around 22.02, and I would like to cancel my internet/tv around the same time.

My contract has over 3 years old, so I believe would not be a problem to cancel, however, how can I do this process in English? And how can I return the router before my moving ?

I already saw that's there's no availability for vodafone on my new region, so I would just like to cancel and return the devices.

There's an English hotline I can reach and deal with those situations ?

Hi again @Lars  and @MasterScorpion 

Unfortunately, I do not found the form @MasterScorpion  showed in his picture. Maybe because originally I was a Unity Media client ? 

I go into:

Internet & Landline -> Cable -> NRW, Baden-Württemberg or Hesse

And there's only an option to call back, and some FAQs that is not useful to me.

Any ideas?
