Invalid customer number

I changed the address with an existing kable contract. So Vodafone changes my customer number. I haven't received any activation code with my new customer number on my email. When I try to request a new activation code, I get an error saying "Invalid customer number". It's funny because I am being billed 50euros every month for last 6 months with the same customer number. Can someone please help?

Hi VikramKatti,

 

due to a move to another address you sometimes get a new customer number. For a new activation code, we need to have a look in your customer account.

 

Please contact us via one of our support channels for that.

Dear Stephen, 

 

Thank you for the response. I am new to Germany and still learning German. All the support channels (chat and call) both converse only in German that's why I haven't been able to find an easy solution. 

 

Regarding the new Activation code, I checked the account and requested one more but when I put in the new customer number - that's when I get the error, I am not sure how to solve this now. Any suggestions will be super helpful.
