Dear Vodafone team,
I have an internet contract with a speed of 1000 M (cable), but I regularly only achieve 300-400 M download speeds. This does not correspond to the contractually guaranteed performance.
Please check my line urgently and contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
I expect a timely response and a satisfactory solution.

hast du den Speedtest über LAN durchgeführt? Tests über WLAN sind irrelevant

There is no longer support in the forums.
You have to contact support over the official channels
English support is primarly over whatsapp - say "kundenberater" till the bot gives up.
"I expect a timely response and a satisfactory solution."
If you dont use the official channels nothing is going to happen.

Which app do you use?
only https://speedtest.vodafone.de/
or https://www.breitbandmessung.de/desktop-app
are accepted by vodafone
