Hello,
I have recently move to a new apartment and got the 1000mb/s plan, but i'm having troubles with the internet constantly, from low speeds at time, not all the time to random disconnects multiple times a day and in some day more than 2-3 hours with no internet at all.
The router has all the lights white but it would just not work and i'll have to restart for it to work, after the restart it will work for a few minutes and then the same would happen, no connection. I'm wondering if this is because of the router because i could replace it if so, but i don't want to go ahead and spend 200 euros on a router that i might not need. Can anyone check to see if my connection it's stable ? and if the cause of my problems might be a faulty router ?

In which federal state do you live, then we can better assign your connection.
Have you checked all the cables?

Hello,
I have checked all the cables and there is no problem with them tested them on a different router at a friend house even, the first vodafone station i got didn't work at all and this one that i have loses connection very often. I currently live in badwindsheim and most of the time im not home due to my work schedule but i've noticed the problems when on my days off when the connection would just stop working properly i can only connect phones to my wifi because anything else would just not work, i had to go buy a cable to be able to hook up my tv to the internet wich helped but still the connection still won't work most of the times, even if my contract states the speed i have is "up" to 1000mbs i know this is not possible all the time and i accept that but sometimes i get speeds of 0.15mbs not even a full mb. I hope that with this online thread i can solve the issues given the fact that i cannot call the call centers because of the language barrier and i do understand that not everyone speaks english and it's not convenient for them to have to accommodate for me.

I would like to have a look at your modem. Please send your customer number, name and address and the birth date of the contractual partner via private message. Also send the time of the last disconnect with an ethernet connection in this thread after you sent the PM.

thank you, that was the right address. I had a look at your modem, the signal looks good. It is online for more than four days, was that the time of the last disconnect?
