TG3442DE Cable Router/Modem

No device is displayed in the myvodafone device section. How can I activate bridge mode on my cable modem? There doesn't seem to be a way to get to any device options to enable this
Attached is a picture of what I see when I try to navigate to my device in MyVodafone

Which state are you from? In the area of Vodafone West (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg) there is no bridge mode at the "old" Vodafone station with Wifi5 (AC). It is only available in the remaining federal states, i.e. the area of Vodafone Germany, formerly Kabel Deutschland.
If you have the brand new Vodafone station with Wifi6, you can switch it to bridge mode yourself in the Vodafone West area via the router menu if your connection is on IPv4 only or dual stack (not DS lite). In the area of Vodafone Germany, this can currently only be done by customer service.

Torsten, thank you very much for your in depth answer. I am indeed in the area of Vodafone West and have a Wifi5 station. I guess I will look into upgrading to the Wifi6 station if possible.
In the event that I would like to provide my own modem, do you know if it is easy for me to get my SIP information?

Bridge means only internet connection.
You dont get any sip data.

Unfortunately you cannot switch to the Wifi6-Vodafone station. And you only get SIP data if you use a customer's own device that has been activated by Vodafone West. In that case, however, you have to return the Vodafone station within 14 days.
