I want to reorder my Cable 250 order

Hi,

I did some stupid mistake when I did the ordering of the Red 250 calbe plan today. I just processed an order for Red 250 cable plan today for my new flat. But I wanted to start the contract on January since I wont be there until 1st January. I think I selected the wrong option when I did the order. I want to cancel it and order it again. Or is there any way I can edit the order? I cant speak German so I dont know where to call to solve this issue.

welcome in our Community.

Since you don't live at this address the router will come back to us and the order will be cancelled.

You can then place a new order shortly before you move to your new address.
