Hi there, I applied for cable broadband with vodafone via Check24 yesterday. This morning I got an email from Vodafone saying I had new documents to view in my account. However I had no login details, so I created a new account using the same email adress. Now when I check my documents, there is nothing there. So I worry that the account I created isn't linked with cable broadband I applied for.
Can I please speak to someone from customer service to help resolve this. It's really frustrating the customer service portal just gets me stuck with a bot, and I can't talk to a real person.

Also this issue has been further confused as apparently I can't put my name on the mailbox of my new flat yet. I managed to solve this with the router by directing to a nearby packetshop. But yeah seems I probably won't recieve any physical letters at the moment. So if there are any important activation details in them, seeing them online would be great.

Thanks so much! I actually managed to pick up and connect my router, so we're all looking good. I'll just use the copy of these documents to try and link my account. Thanks
