You can only cancel in writing. You either use the contact form or send an email to kundenservice@unitymedia.de stating your customer data (customer number, name and address, date of birth if applicable). Alternatively, you can also send a fax to 0221/46619109 or a letter to Vodafone West GmbH, Unitymedia Kundenservice, Aachener Str. 746-750, 50933 Köln.

The contact form is in MeinVodafone, but you must have added your Unitymedia contract there. However, I am not sure whether this works at the moment, as the integration of the Unitymedia customer center into MeinVodafone is being worked on in the background. So I really recommend email to you.
