Hello all,
I will be moving to a new address on the 15th of this month and so I ordered a DSL Cable internet contract with Vodafone through the check24 website. I tried to contact Vodafone support by phone to schedule the installation however all attendants i came across just spoke German.
The think is I received an email today saying that my modem in on the way, already with DHL and will be delived to my new address in 2 days, however I will not be there yet. I informed check24 that this would be a new address and the move date, not sure where the information got lost.
Is there a way I can talk to Vodafone and schedule the delivery/installation for the 15th?

Just 1 new information, it is a cable internet not DSL.
