I want to complain about fraud by the Vodafone technician.
On December 22nd, a Vodafone technician came to home saying that they are going to fix the internet connectivity issue in our home. He told that a new WIFI router will be sent to you by mail. He asked me to provide the IBAN and asked me to sign something. It was all in German and I couldn't read it and he said he was in a hurry. He said new WIFI router will come and another technician will come and install it. After 6 days I received the package with all GigaTV devices. I don't own a TV. What am I going to do with these devices. How do I cancel this contract? Please help? Why Vodafone is doing this to their customers. This is so painful.
