Vodafone charged me money after contract cancellation and device return
around €85
my current customer is XXX
i have already booked a new contract but vodafone called me that they will cancel my old customer 245109705 and give me refund if i take the new offer. I said ok and took the new one.
But they put installation charges and 1st month bill as well. I have called customer care and asked for a refund. But still I didn't get it.
Stop giving false commitment like cheap guys.
