10 days ago I ordered cable internet access through Check24. Unfortunately I found that my existing router wasn't working and I wanted to add a Vodafone station to my order or contractor but when I contacted Check24 they said there was nothing they could do and I was given the customer number and message to activate, but I need a router. What should I do?

Vodafone won't change your order - Check24 has to do it, as they entered the information into the Vodafone system.
