Hello,
Can someone help me please. I left Germany for good in November 2020 but was bound by contract until 28-02-2021. I mailed my devices back on 21-11-20, hover, the package was lost by DHL, who eventually reimbursed me for the value of contents. I would like to be invoiced for these devices along with my final bill, so I can settle my dues and close my German bank account forever. I'm only keeping that account open to enable the monthly payments to Vodafone, and will be thrilled to sever that last link to Germany ASAP.
I don't speak German so am unable to communicate with you via phone. It has been a Sisyphean ordeal to even get to this page - so any response is much appreciated.

The invoice for the devices will be most likely created 4..6 weeks after the end of your contract - the amount will be deducted from your account.
For the value of the devices - just refer to the pricing lists - it depends on the devices what you'll have to pay. So for a HomeBox / FritzBox 6591 250 €, for a HomeBox/FritzBox 6360 or 6490 160 €, for standard WiFi routers 100 € and for simple modems (which haven't been deployed for years) 60 €.

Hi, Thanks so much for your quick response. I do know the value of the deviced (400 Eur) as it was mentioned on the notification received from Vodafone is response to my cancellation request. I just want to pay that immediately, rather than waiting around for this invoice to be generated after several weeks following the due process. Is it not possible for Vodafone to directly bill me for this along with the final bill for Feb as it is already known that the devices are lost? As mentioned, I would like to close out by German bank account that literally serves no purpose now except for paying Vodafone bills. Please note that I left Germany in November, but have had to keep paying until Feb for contractual reasons - now I just want it to be over and done with. Could you help please? unfortunately, we can't debit the devices immediately and directly bill them. We have to go through the regular process.

It should be possible to change your payment option from SEPA direct debit to manual bank transfer. Then you would receive an invoice and you can transfer the money from any other bank account. The bank account in Germany could then be closed immediately.

Thanks your reply, I got 2 notifications asking for these devices to be sent back as 2 weeks have gone by since the end date. .. but I guess there is nothing to do but wait for it all to play out at a snail's pace 🙂

Hello,
That sounds like a great solution! Any idea how I can do that? There is no option to chage the bank details online (probably because the contract ended).
