I am a customer and expected to pay my biulls on time, well im new in Germany and still dont speak the language, if there's no one to help when needed, can I pack up and close the account???!!!!!
And there is no email to write and at least use the translate option

Sorry to say - but you opted for a contract with German language as sole contractual language.
And as support is only given in the contractual language - meaning German - it's up to you to get a translator in case you are not able to communicate in German -- support in other languages except the contractually agreed ones is given on a best-effort base which also includes that there may be no support at all.
And also note that this is not a valid reason for a premature cancellation - it's up to you to get a translator if you need one -- it would be the same in any other country that does not have English as either first language or at least as additional official language.

Hi theaxe,
basically our support is in German language. However, here in the community we also offer our help in English. Just let us know, what it is about and we will see how we can help.
