Greetings everybody,
I subscribed for a Vodafone Cable Connection + FritzBox device on the 7th of june, which was expected to be active after the 14th of June, but it's been almost 3 weeks already and I still didn't receive any kind of delivery date for my device or anything, haven't been contacted by a Vodafone technician yet either.
Also, tried to contact Vodafone.de through eMail but with no avail still.
Also, no activation code yet and I'm not able to retrieve it using my Customer number
Does somebody know a solution for this?

Hi R4mona,
unfortunately I might not be able to get my DHL Customer card very soon,
I think it is better to just deliver the modem package to my address, but please, if possible, make sure for it to be delivered after the 25th of july, also, if possible, I would really like to have this package tracking number when available.

Unfortunately we cannot influence this, please contact us if you are on holiday during the delivery. Then we can arrange a new shipment.
