I signed up for a Certified 6 router Internet last of last month we have a two sockets type in the house and I think doesn't work I reported to the shop through email but I was not helped yet money has been deducted from my account please help!!!

The shops are not part of the support system, most aren‘t even owned by Vodafone but by independent agencies that make their money with selling contracts. For support in English use the WhatsApp contact from the list that @andreasabaad posted and report that self-installation failed. A technician will be sent get you started.
