I wish to utilise the option to downgrade my kabel internet package within the first 6 months, I am currently on the 1000 pacakage and wish to downgrade to the 250 pacakge. There is no option to do this in the MeinVodafone customer portal. I tried calling the customer service and asking for English assistance, they advised me to use the Vodafone forum. Is anyone able to assist me? Many thanks in advance.

Either customer service can do that for you or you wait here until a mod reports and requests your data. However, this can currently take a few days.
So that a mod from the right cable company reports directly, tell us which federal state you come from.
