I want to downgrade my Kabel internet plan but I don't see that option on the web portal. Could you help with that?

This can only be done via contacting the VF support, and only if you are already out of the minimum contract term or have a contract with a downgrade option after 6 months. For support in English, use the Twitter or Facebook contacts listed here:
