Hello,

About a month ago I received a call from your agent. I told him that I do not speak German and he should be speaking English to me. He said something like 'OK, my friend, we can try. I give you more internet', and then tried to explain something in a mixture of bad English and German.
I replied: 'I cannot understand the conditions by phone, especially because of the language gap. Please send me the details by email, and I will take a look'.

He said: OK, OK, you will receive email and paper letter, but first I must read you conditions in German.
Then he spent about a minute reading prepared text in German and asked if I understood it.
I replied: As I said, send me the conditions to email, I do not speak German'.
He said I will receive the email, and the call ended.

 

A couple days ago I checked my account and found out that he switched me to a more expensive Mobilefunk tarif which I never asked for and I do not need. And this can definitely not be described as 'I give you more internet'.

 

Please switch me back to my previous tarif and exclude me from all the promotional calls in the future.

I'm sorry that you are havoing issues changing your internet tariff.

 

To cancel the change to your mobile phone tariff, send an email to widerruf@vodafone.com and state your name, customer number and phone number.

 

Have you received a confirmation of a tariff change for your internet contract?

This is not about the internet contract, but about mobile contract.

Yes, I have found a confirmation about it in my email after I saw the extra charge.

Thank you for the advice, I will send the email to this address.
