Different billls for Internet

Vodafone is withdrawing different invoices from my bank account.

After many calls and hard to find the right support, finally a  operator told me that I am being billed twice and showing 2 different contract for the internet, which I don't know how this happened.

After waiting for his support, he assured to me that the issue is fixed and I should never face the issue again,  this was around a month ago.

Today I was surprised with a new withdrawal of a new amount again, with different account number.

And if I go to my billing page on my vodafone account, I can't find them.

the contract can only be terminated at the end of the term. Unfortunately, the deadline for a revocation has already expired.

First the operator didn't told me that I need to send a letter, and after my call I have received a message from Vodafone that the service was stopped and i should return the appleTV device, and after I send it, I received a message from Vodafone that they are unhappy for losing my subscription in this service.
With all these how should I know that a letter is still requested.
All these show that the contract should be terminated.

Moreover, how you charge me and the service is stopped for me. You insist of charging me but I can't use the service,
I am not already able to use the ondemand videos and the features of GigaNet, but you can charge me.
Really funny, what should we call this?? Can you describe this ???

I've been told that the service was stopped and the requested device was returned as per Vodafone request and I will not pay for this servide anymore, please to handle it once for all.

i think you misunderstand something. I was talking about the revocation that is no longer possible. We have received the cancellation of the contract, please look at the confirmation when it ends and when the hardware should be returned.

Honestly you Vodafone are frustrating with the unclear support and service.

So to summarize, and correct me if I am wrong, my Giganet service will remain and you will keep charging me, correct?
Then why I have most of the videos for kids and video area locked and needs to be paid?

Hi FComm,

 

you’re making a mistake again.  Giga TV  Net has nothing to do with Premium TV.  Giga TV  Net allows access to TV channels via the Internet via Apple TV or the Net Box.  Premium TV is a Pay TV channel package.

The biggest mistake is that I trusted Vodafone, first I was charged for a premium package that I have never asked for, same for the internet security.

Can you confirm now that the GigaNet will be auto canceled after the contract period is done, and will be not renewed?? Or I should still do something for it?
