I have shifted to a new address some time back and I do NOT need internet at my new place.
The new address has been informed on email to vodafone and is to be used for all future communication.
The contract expires in October and I have alreay raised the request for termination.
However, I want to complete the process as soon as possible.
This means
1. I need to know how much I have to pay in total to terminate immediately.
2. I also want to return the device as soon as possible.
3. All communication needs to happen via email or my new address.
Let me know if you need any other information.

I have only one contract.
Can you help answer my question as a reply to my emails.
I want to know how much I have to pay and close the contract immediatley.
When you asnwer that, I will send the device as well.
Since, I have shifted, please communicate to my new address only.
I believe I have'nt asked the toughest question in this world. 😞

Hello dsbbsd,
it is not possible to cancel a contract immediately.
You can return the hardware at any time. You will find the address for the return in the cancellation confirmation.
