Chnage iban to Italian account

I would like to change my bank details from a  german bank to an italian bank but the website does not allow me and serivce answer only in german. How can I do?

You can also email your data to VFW customer service. You can find the email address on the order confirmation as well as on every invoice.

What happens if you want to change your IBAN via "MyVodafone"? Do you get an error message? If so, what is the error message?

Alternatively, you can try the tip from @Torsten (thanks for that ) and send us your data by mail.
