Hello,
I wanted to change the address for my cable internet connection or else would like to cancel.
With my little knowledge of German, I made the request for moving. No response from Vodafone yet. Also would like to have a conversation with customer support, but could not connect for the language barrier.
Any help will be appreciated here.

Once you report a move, you will get all the info as letter by (postal) mail.
The other thing: You'll need to get a translator on your expenses as support is only granted in the contractual language (German). Support in other languages is only granted on best effort base - which also may mean that there is no support in other languages except the contractually agreed ones.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that part and sometimes i have to use google translator to understand it quickly.
But I end off in a special situation - I wanted to terminate the contract(for moving). Then I receive a letter by post with a termination date( end of 24 months ) which is in 2023. As I am moving to another city, then I had to create a moving request then no response from Vodafone. Also, they don't have any email id where I can write the situation.

Answers will come using postal services, so it'll take some days in order to receive them.
And it's either that the contract moves with you (in case the service can be offered as contractually agreed upon at the new address) -or- that the contract will be ended within 3 months from the notification of the move but the earliest to the date of your move, once you provide proof of your move, e.g. a copy of the registration documents from your new address.

Yeah, exactly. I tried that and also called on the number shown, Request for a call back with English-speaking support. No luck yet.

then it seems that your cable contract is still possible at the new address or something has to be changed.
Please send me a private message with the following information:
- your full name
- your full address (old & new)
- date of birth
- customer number
- e-mail address
- the link of this thread

As I can see I made a little mistake in my previous comment. I wanted to write that it seems your cable contract is not available at the the address.
And unfortunately so it is: you can't take your old cable contract with you. Especially if there's already another contract you move to as you say.
We only need to know briefly from you which contractual partner you are moving to. For that we would need the corresponding customer data. Send them to me by private message.
