Hello,
I want to cancel my DSL contract due to lack / poor of service provided, that means no internet during the contract period. I have not been using at all the Vodafone kabel service for 6 meses due to poor or no service provided. My contract supposely ends in Nov 2021, but I want to cancel immediatialy as it is not provided what I hired.
What should I do in order to complete this task online? (I can't speak German)

Did you report the malfunction? This is a basic requirement for an extraordinary termination. You have to give the provider the opportunity to eliminate the disruption.

And if you decided yourself to not use the service for 6 months but didn't report the issue, then it's solely your own decision but has nothing to do with the contract itself. You need to report issues in order for any kind of fix and/or premature cancellation in case fixes won't be helping.
