I ordered a cable internet from Vodafone after checking the availability of cable internet in my apartment. My contract started on February 1st. Unfortunately, the internet did not work. I called the Vodafone hotline and they sent me a technician from solution30. The technician said a cable had to be laid from the basement to the 5th floor and needed the property management permission. I would like to know how I can cancel the contract if the property management does not allow it and the 14-day return period expires.

Ich habe Kabelinternet bei Vodafone bestellt, nachdem ich die Verfügbarkeit von Kabelinternet in meiner Wohnung geprüft hatte. Mein Vertrag begann am 1. Februar. Leider funktionierte das Internet nicht. Ich rief die Vodafone-Hotline an, und man schickte mir einen Techniker von solution30. Der Techniker sagte, dass ein Kabel vom Keller bis in den 5. Stock verlegt werden muss und er dafür die Erlaubnis der Hausverwaltung braucht. Ich würde gerne wissen, wie ich den Vertrag kündigen kann, wenn die Hausverwaltung dies nicht erlaubt und die 14-tägige Rückgabefrist abläuft.
