I've been trying to access my data in the app but it never worked and I can't see any information about my contract and the bills, my bank details. I've called the hotline many many times but nobody can help since my German is not fluent.
The message " Das hat leider nicht geklappt" shows to every option I try to access.

In any case, we will not leave you alone with your request. Have you already deleted the cache and cookies (for the entire period)? Please also try reinstalling the app.
