Amazon Voucher 20 EUR

I have a Cable Vodafone internet contract. 2 months ago I got a letter saying I will get an amazon voucher for 20 EUR if I went to the vodafone store for tariff check. I went to the store and checked my tariff. I never got the amazon voucher. Please help
