Quick question about the box after cancellation

Hello,

My contract is cancelled and will be ending the 2 of December.

Can I give back the box to a vodafone store or do I have to send it to a specific place ?

And what type of document should I ask for in return to be sure that Vodafone doesn't tell me that I didn't give it back?

You'll have to send it back to the warehouse - you CANNOT give it back at a store.

There is no special form to enclose with the devices - and in case you don't have the initial return slip anymore, you also have to pay for the return postage. Just keep the proof of sending (and use a trackable and insured parcel service) until Vodafone tells you that they received your devices.

The address varies depending on the Vodafone cable company you have a contract - the company is stated on your invoices.

If it's Vodafone Deutschland, it should be an address in Nuremberg, if it's Vodafone West, it should be Arvato...
