Hello, I have both a Kabel internet and Gigacube with Vodafone and both don't work since yesterday. I unplugged them so many times. I even did the reset on the Gigacube, nothing works. The light is red and blinking. I have 0 internet. How is this possible? I'm at my next door neighbour and she has internet with 1und1 so it's not a problem with the building. What do you think is the problem? What should I do? I called customer care but nothing works and I don't speak good German. Thank you!
