I returned my gigacube box to the store where it was purchased 5 days ago, and they said the contract would be canceled.
However I'm yet to receive any confirmation, how do I know it is actually canceled?

Why was the GigaCube not accepted?

The Gigacube was accepted and I was refunded 1 Euro for the box.
However I was not given any confirmation in writing or by email that the contract is canceled.
When I look in Meinvodafone app the contract continues. Is there a way to confirm that it has truly been canceled?

Hi Bea8,
did you ask in the store where you gave back the GigaCube, if they forwarded the cancellation? Please also ask for a confirmation from the shop.
