The Gigacube was accepted and I was refunded 1 Euro for the box.
However I was not given any confirmation in writing or by email that the contract is canceled.
When I look in Meinvodafone app the contract continues. Is there a way to confirm that it has truly been canceled?
did you ask in the store where you gave back the GigaCube, if they forwarded the cancellation? Please also ask for a confirmation from the shop.
