Vodaphone Station internet blinking red

Hello, 

I just moved to Dresden. Cannot call customer service as it is in German, and unfortunately I am not conversant yet.

Internet on the station blinking red even after unplugging waiting etc.

I think the router is correctly connected. Not so sure how to proceed next. I also registered online with the activation code.

You will need a technician to check this - yet they can only be ordered using the Hotline.

So ask someone to call on your behalf to make an appointment...

It may also be that you need an additional cable tv contract from a local provider that manages the lines inside the building in order to activate the outlet first.
