Vodafone Station 6 CONNECTION ERROR

Hi, I have received my Vodafone Station 6 yesterday and I have made the installation correctly.

 

I am facing a technical issue when I try to browse something. It says the internet is not connected and takes me to https://kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de/index.html#!/

 

I have entered my Customer Number and Activation code many times. Every time I get this error and ask to talk to Technical Support. 

 

I don't speak German unfortunately and on the other side, they don't speak English. A few of them spoke and one of them tried to resolve it and it didn't happen. Others said I will get a call back in 1 minute and 1 hour, but I never got one.

 

Please help me resolve this issue.
