Unlink Fritzbox from the previous owner

Hello Vodafone Team,

I bought used Fritzbox and want to unlink it from the previous owner's account.

I just connected the Fritzbox and seems currently I'm using connection of previous owner

Please let me know to whom I can provide CM MAC to do this.

I'm in Berlin and Vodafone Kabel user

Can you please post the FritzBox type and its article number?

As rental devices won't be activated for another customer...

It's not a rented device. I checked its article number before I bought it.

In any case seems previous owner realized that his internet doesn't work(or just connected his rented device) and Fritzbox was unlinked from his account.

So, I was able to activate Fritzbox using portal. Nothing more to do here.
