I have been a Vodafone customer in Berlin since March 2021. Reliability and speed of the connection have slowly deteriorated month over month since the building were I live was newly built and initially almost empty.
We got to the point now where it's impossible for me to watch any kind of live show or have a video call longer than 20 minutes without experiencing some kind of interruption that can be a half-second delay or multiple minutes where I can't even browse simple webpages.
Considering that I have to work from home, it makes the situation quite unpleasant and stressful.
When I go to Fast.com I have donwload speeds that range from 600mbps to below 1mbps depending on the time of the day.
There are therefore two problems: the speed is not even close to the one in the contract and the connections goes on and off throught the day on a very regular basis.
Considering I regularly pay €50 each month (100% of the bill), I don't think it's fair that I can barely get 60% of the service on a good day.

Hello Schrotten,
do the problems occur with both WiFi and an ethernet connection? Do your neighbours have the same issues? Did you check a different coaxial cable? Please send me a PM with your customer number, the name and birth date of the contract owner and the full address. Reply here in this thread after you sent the PM and send the time of the last disconnect via ethernet cable.

problems with both Wifi and ethernet. Some neighbours have the same issues. I didn't check with another coaxial cable but given the kind of issues I have it's very unlikely that's the reason.
I'll send a PM with the other infos.
