Router startet mehrmals täglich neu und langsames WLAN am PC

Hallo miteinander.

Ich habe einen Tarifwechsel auf Kabel 250M/bit gemacht.

Mein tablet und mein Handy haben das auch begriffen, nur leider am PC kommen nachwievor 30 an, wie es vor dem Wechsel gewesen ist.

Dacvon ab habe ich seit einigen Wochen ein riesen Problem mit dem Moden/Router. Er startet mehrmals täglich neu, völlig willkürlich.

Ich habe nicht sonderlich viel Ahnung von der ganzen Gerätschaft aber in einem anderen Thread habe ich bereits gelesen dass das Ereignisprotokoll wohl Hinweise geben könnte, deswegen poste ich es hier direkt. Ich wäre wirklich sehr dankbar wenn man es zeitnah beheben könnte. Danke

Was für einen Vertrag hast du vorher gehabt ?

Was für einen Router verwendest du ?

Was für einen PC verwendest du ?

Interne  WLAN-Karte oder gar ein WLAN-Stick? Welche WLAN-Standards unterstützt die WLAN-Karte/Stick ?

Welches Betriebssystem ?

Wie hast du die Geschwindigkeit gemessen ? Mit welchen Speedtests ? Hast du verschiedene getestet ?

Steht der PC im gleichen Raum wie der Router ?

Falls nicht, wie vierle Wände sind dazwischen ?

Hast du auch mal einen Speedtest per LAN-Kabel gemacht ?

Niemand hier kennt die Situation bei dir vor Ort, darum sind so viele Informationen wie möglich wichtig.
