Hello,
We have a CH7466CE router and 200 mbit/s internet connection from you. Unfortunately, the router restarts itself multiple times per day, usually around noon and later in the evening. Our connection is very spotty and we can stand within good wifi range of the router and still have a very poor connection often during the day. This makes it very hard to work from home, as the wifi may cut out during a meeting. We also never get anywhere near the 200 mbit/s that is stated in the contract. Using your own speedtest service, I have tested our connection to be maximum 120 mbit/s. We are 5 people living in the house and sometimes we are all streaming at once (some using cable and some using wifi). So we would appreciate the contracted speed to be fulfilled.
Is there anything that can be done from your side to mitigate these problems? Are there any new routers that we can try instead of this one, which seems to be quite old?
We are all leasing out rooms in the house and the landlord has her name on the contract, but asked us to take care of the issues ourselves.
