Hello.

I moved from one apartment to another and transferred Vodafone contract with me. I have Vodafone Station but unfortunately in new apartment I see only ADSL exit. So the question should I try to connect some how Vodafone Station to ADSL exit or I need to exchange my Vodafone Station to EasyBox 805 somehow ?

Maybe somebody here can help me ?

Thank you!

You cannot connect it to the DSL connection. And an Easy Box cannot be used for a cable connection.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

Did you notify Vodafone of the move (best done via the „Umzugsservice“ website)? In that case Vodafone checks if your existing contract is available at the new location, and if not cancels the contract. If you did, and Vodafone didn‘t contact you about a problem, there should be a cable connection somewhere at the new place.

Yes. I did notify Vodafone and they told me that it is ok and my contract will be transferred. They didn't tell me that I will need a new router, however this flat is without furniture - I can see all the walls and there are no cable exits, only a telephone line.

Also they didn't notify me that they will charge me for moving to a new address o_O

Thank you for your answer. I will try to write to them on Facebook.
