Recently, I have upgraded to rental Fritzbox 6600 from Vodafone
to use the Portforwarding function, to get access to my NAS,
after enabling the port-forwarding, nothing happens,
still, the network is blocked outside the home network, and LAN speed is slower than the previously used Vodafone station cable router
need help please support enable or cancel my additional booked option "HomeBox Fritz!Box 6660"
thanks
Raj

according to your screenshot IPv6 is enabled
but you have to use the NAS IPv6 address from external not the one from the Fritzbox
in general there is no port forwarding with IPv6, as already mentioned IPv6 works with port sharing

in which federal state do you live and what kind of contract do you have?

I live in Nuremberg, Bavaria
My contract "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable"

you don't have dual stack and I think it is not possible to activate it in Bavaria
you need to set up IPv6 port sharing instead
