Dear Vodafone,
My internet has been down for over a week now. Tuesday October 5th, I got a call from your equipment exchange center as all the lights on my old equipment were white but I had no wireless internet at home and they sent me a new device which worked for a little while when I installed it yesterday October 8th but now again all lights are white but I am still not able to connect to the internet. I tried connecting a wired connection to my TV but I get the same message, which says “Connected to the local network, but not to the Internet”.
This is very difficult, I have done everything from disconnecting all cords, the power supply both with my old and new equipment box, but nothing seems to fix the problem permanently. Could you please send someone or have the problem fixed?
