My laptop cannot detect my own wifi

I set up my vodafone rooter today. We have two laptops and two ipads in our house. All devices can detect our wifi and connect to it except one of the laptops.  But, it has no problem with detecting the other wifi network as well as connecting to them. I tried lots of solution but it cannot detect the wifi. I guess, I should change the wifi channel on settings. But, vodafone rooter does not allow to change wifi channel. Any idea how I can do it?

please contact support so that they can take a look at the problem with the WLAN and SuperWLAN option. There is no switch for the option, this must be cancelled in the customer portal.
