Hello, Recently I have upgraded my internet plan to 1000Mbit/s and itseems I get only 120MBit/s download speed and 30Mbit/s upload speed and 39ms Ping using WiFi for Arbeitzimmer.
My custr nummer - ***.
Please help me. I have already tried to contact help line several times and one of them referred me to this forum.
Also I have not yet returned my older Router. Can I still downgrade my plan back to original if the speec cannot be improved.

Didn't you get a new router with the new tariff? How does the test via LAN look like? Have you tried to optimize the WLAN connection? Which modem do you currently use?
